WW 1 Memories

Do you have any WW1 Memorabilia?

We are looking for photographs, diaries, letters home or any other type of Memorabilia related to WW1 for our Armistice Centenary Concert. We aim to create an exhibition to be used on Nov 10th and 11th in the Memorial Hall. We will scan any photographs and then print them out for the exhibition to avoid any damage to your special treasured items. If you would like to help and have relevant material you can bring it along to the Memorial Hall on Saturday 2nd June between 10.30am and 2.00pm.

We will also accept WW2 Memorabilia  but want to focus mainly on WW1

 Please help Llandegla remember!

Poppy Making

We’ve made over 700 so far!

Can you spare an hour or two? We would love to have your help with making poppies for our Memorial Wave to be installed outside the Memorial Hall in time for Remembrance Day. If we can make enough poppies, then we will be putting some outside the shop as well. Please help Llandegla remember!

10.30am – 2.00pm

All materials and tools supplied

Everyone welcome!
