A message from Church Warden Annie Walsh

Dear Friends,

After what was a brief moment of joy, we have now been told that there is to be no singing in church this Sunday.

It is a matter of safety as apparently Denbighshire still has a high rate of infections. We will still be offering a warm but quieter welcome than planned, at St Tecla’s on Sunday morning at 10.00 am – look forward to seeing you.

At the moment Church life feels like two steps forward and one step back BUT we do have on Saturday, what hopefully will be the re-start of our regular Catch Up Coffee Mornings’.

This Saturday, to help social distancing  it will be held in the Llandegla School Playground Pavilion and starts at 10.30 - there will Coffee, Tea and an array of Cakes. If you have baked one do bring it along - it could always end up being the star prize in our Raffle.

On Sunday morning John Gambles will be taking our service at 10.00 am in St Tecla’s and for those that can't get along  the usual readings, worship sheets and activities for Children can be found at St Tecla's Church (llandegla.wales) .

I look forward to seeing you on Saturday . . . . and hopefully again on Sunday.

Best wishes Annie Walsh – St Tecla’s Church Warden
