Message from St Tecla's Church Warden Annie Walsh

Dear All,

I hope you are all well and continuing to take care. The opening of St Tecla’s for spoken prayer on Sundays has been very successful and we thank Martin Snellgrove for taking the last 2 Sunday services.

Martin is again taking our service this coming Sunday at 10.00 am and the following Sunday, August 16th, the service will be taken by Dorothi who is now in good health and back driving herself – so do please put it in your diary as I know she is looking forward to seeing us all.

Attached this week are the usual Sunday Reading sheets and Roots resources provided by our Mission Area. You will note that there isn’t a letter from the Bishop who is away for a month on holiday . . . but there is a lovely ‘Reflection’ from Dorothi . . . and a cutting that Martyn my husband spotted in the Daily Telegraph that he thought might help those churches with income problems.

Take care and we look forward to seeing many of you this coming Sunday – see attached poster.

Best wishes Annie Walsh, St Tecla’s Church Warden
