A message from Church Warden Annie Walsh

Dear Friends, 

The next two Sunday’s will be rather special at St Tecla’s. This coming Sunday, the 15th, we welcome once again the Reverend Mike Williams back for our 10.00 am service. 

Then, after Mike has taken the 11.00 service in Bryneglwys, he will be returning to St Tecla’s to take the Baptism of Gwyneth Dillon’s grandson –our first Baptism at St Tecla’s since before the lock down . . . a joyous occasion!

Then the following Sunday, the 22nd August, we welcome back our last Rector of Llandegla the Venerable Bob Griffiths.  Bob is coming to take a special 6.00 pm joint service at St Tecla’s, with St Tysilio’s from Bryneglwys joining us. 

As usual, for those unable to get to church,  the Sunday Blue Readings sheet on which the Morning Worship is based, and the bilingual readings and responsorial sheets from the Diocese can all be found at  St Tecla's Church (llandegla.wales) . Please note that the latter are the alternative readings to celebrate Mary, the Mother of our Lord
