BOXING DAY DUCK RACE
It is with great sadness that we announce that the 2021 Duck Race will not go ahead. In line with the Welsh Government ban on gatherings for sporting fixtures we feel it would be inappropriate to hold the event and go against the spirit of the ban. We want all of our community to remain as safe as possible away from the current Covid strain and hope you understand our concerns. All ducks already purchased will be kept safe until we are able to hold the event which we will do either as part of the Easter weekend or before if rules change.
It has been suggested that we have a socially distanced walk in place of the Duck Race so if anyone would like to join please meet outside the Community Shop at 11am on Boxing Day. More details will follow.
