Possible flytipping!

Do you recognise these? Have you, or someone you know, had trees / hedges cut recently? Councillor Holland is asking if anyone can identify who might have fly-tipped the cuttings in the picture. They have been dumped on the back road between Llandegla and Llanarmon Yn Ial.
